Submission by the South African Communications Forum (SACF) to the National Treasury (NT) on the Discussion Document – Economic Transformation, Inclusive Growth, and Competitiveness: Towards an Economic Strategy for South Africa

While we support the intention, we have approached our commentary from the perspective of trying to highlight the key areas of growth as envisaged by the SACF. Objection to Fees and Tariffs for Wayleave Applications for Electronic Communications Network (ECN) Utilities

We therefore, put forward our objections to the proposed tariffs included in the City of Tshwane’s Draft 2019/20 Medium-Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework (MTREF) (“the Draft 2019/20 MTREF”) for wayleave applications for electronic communication network (ECN).
